大单体溶液pH值对HPEG型聚羧酸减水剂合成的影响

    摘要:分别在过硫酸铵(APS)和过氧化氢-维生素C(H2O2-Vc)2种引发体系下,通过水溶液自由基共聚,合成HPEG型聚羧酸减水剂。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了不同pH值大单体溶液合成的聚羧酸减水剂,测试了合成减水剂的分散性及其在水泥颗粒表面的吸附率。结果表明,大单体溶液的pH值对该类聚羧酸减水剂的合成影响很大,尤其对H2O2-Vc体系引发的共聚反应影响更大,大单体溶液的pH值越小对共聚反应越有利。

Effect of pH values of macromonomer solution on the synthesis of HPEG type polycarboxylate water reducer

    Abstract:Under the two initiation systems of ammonium persulfate(APS) and H2O2-vitamin C(H2O2-Vc),the HPEG-type poly-carboxylate water-reducing agent was synthesized by free radical copolymerization of aqueous solution. Gel permeation chromatography(GPC) was used to characterize the polycarboxylate water-reducing agent synthesized from macromonomer solutions with different pH values,and the dispersibility of the synthetic water-reducing agent and its adsorption rate on cement particles were tested. The results showed that the pH value of the macromonomer solution had a great influence on the synthesis of this type of polycarboxylate water reducer,especially for the copolymers initiated by H2O2-Vc redox system. The lower the pH value of macromonomer solution,the better the effect of copolymerization.
