淀粉接枝丙烯酸丙烯酰胺内养护剂的制备及性能研究

    摘要:以丙烯酰胺,中和度为70%的丙烯酸及亲水性好、接枝活性高的木薯淀粉为原料,合成了一种淀粉接枝混凝土内养护剂。通过红外光谱和XRD分析了该内养护剂的结构特征,通过混凝土性能分析、水化热测试、混凝土内部相对湿度和收缩率测试分析了该内养护剂的性能。结果表明:该内养护剂对混凝土的流动性和含气量无不良影响,且能一定程度提高混凝土的后期强度;同时能有效降低水化热对混凝土结构的破坏作用,明显增大高强混凝土内部的相对湿度、减小混凝土收缩、提高其耐久性。

Preparation and properties of a starch grafted acrylic acid and acrylamide internal curing agent

    Abstract:A starch grafted concrete curing agent was synthesized by acrylamide,acrylic acid whose neutralization was 70% and tapioca starch with good hydrophilicity and high grafting activity. The structural characteristics of the internal curing agent were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and XRD,meanwhile its properties were analyzed by concrete performance analysis,hydration heat measurement,concrete internal relative humidity and shrinkage test. The results show that the internal curing agent has no adverse effect on the fluidity and gas content of concrete,and can improve the late strength of concrete to a certain extent. At the same time,the curing agent can effectively reduce the damage of concrete by hydration heat,obviously improve the relative humidity inside high-strength concrete,reduce concrete shrinkage and improve durability.
