改性剂种类对改性磷石膏/HDPE性能的影响

    摘要:分别采用硅烷偶联剂KH570、硬脂酸钙、钛酸酯偶联剂101对磷石膏进行改性,将改性磷石膏与HDPE熔融挤出制备改性磷石膏/HDPE材料。研究了改性剂对磷石膏的改性效果及改性磷石膏对磷石膏/HDPE材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:经改性后,磷石膏的吸油值减小、接触角增大;具有长烷基链的硬脂酸钙和钛酸酯偶联剂101的改性效果优于烷基链短的KH570;改性后的磷石膏与HDPE的界面相容性改善,在基体中的分散性提高,并使磷石膏/HDPE材料的弯曲和拉伸强度得到了明显提升。

Effect of modifier type on properties of phosphogypsum/HDPE

    Abstract:Phosphogypsum was modified by three modifiers (silane coupling agent KH570,calcium stearate,titanate coupling agent 101),and modified phosphogypsum/HDPE was prepared by melt extrusion of modified phosphogypsum and high density polyethylene. The modification effect of modifier on phosphogypsum and the effect of modified phosphogypsum on the mechanical properties of phosphogypsum/HDPE was investigated. The results show that the oil absorption value and contact angle of the modified phosphogypsum are improved. The modification effect of calcium stearate and titanate 101 with long alkyl chain is better than that of KH570 with short alkyl chain;The modified phosphogypsum has better dispersibility in the matrix and better compatibility with HDPE and the bending and tensile strength of the modified phosphogypsum/HDPE is significantly improved.
