氧化石墨烯-改性竹纤维复合改性乳化沥青稀浆封层混合料性能研究

    摘要:通过研究氧化石墨烯(GO)掺量对乳化沥青拌和性、施工和易性、粘聚力和储存稳定性的影响,确定了GO的最佳掺量。采用ES-3型级配设计确定了稀浆封层混合料的最佳乳化沥青掺量。对不同改性竹纤维掺量下稀浆封层混合料的湿轮磨耗和负荷轮粘砂量进行了对比分析,确定了改性竹纤维的最佳掺量。路用性能试验结果表明,GO与改性竹纤维的协同作用可有效改善稀浆封层混合料的施工和易性、粘附性、抗永久变形能力和耐磨性。

Properties of graphene oxide-modified bamboo fiber composite modified emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixture

    Abstract:On the basis of defining the effects of different GO content on the mixability,construction workability,adhesion and storage stability of emulsified asphalt,the optimum dosage of GO was determined. The optimum content of emulsified asphalt of slurry seal mixture was confirmed by ES-3 gradation. The wet-wheel abrasion and sand-stick index of the slurry seal mixture with different modified bamboo fiber contents were compared and analyzed and the optimum content of modified bamboo fiber was put forward. The pavement performance evaluation results show that the synergism of GO and modified bamboo fiber can effectively improve the construction workability,adhesion,resistance to permanent deformation and wear resistance of slurry seal mixture.
