稳定型橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的制备及混合料性能研究

摘要：将稳定型橡胶粉与SBS进行复配，研究了不同掺量稳定型橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青的针入度体系性能和混合料的路用性能与疲劳特性。结果表明：2.5%、3.0%SBS与16%、20%稳定型橡胶粉复合改性沥青的针入度为45~60 （0.1 mm）、软化点接近80 ℃、弹性恢复率大于85%；稳定型橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的高低温性能和抗老化性能优于5%SBS改性沥青，推荐SBS和稳定型橡胶粉的适宜掺量分别为3%和16%~20%；稳定型橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料具有优异的高低温性能、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能。

Study on preparation of stabilized rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt and properties of mixture

Abstract：The stabilized rubber powder and SBS modifier were compounded，and the penetration performance of the different stabilized rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt and the road performance and fatigue characteristics of the mixture were studied. The results show that the penetration of 2.5%，3.0% SBS modifier and 16%，20% stabilized rubber powder composite modified asphalt is between 45~60 （0.1 mm），the softening point is close to 80 ℃，and the elastic recovery rate is greater than 85%，compared with 5% SBS modified asphalt，stabilized rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt has better high and low temperature performance and anti-aging performance；recommended suitable SBS modifier dosage is 3%，stabilized rubber powder content is 16%~20%. The stabilized rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture has excellent high and low temperature performance，water stability and fatigue resistance.
