低温型套筒灌浆料性能试验研究

    摘要:为改善低温环境下(10 ℃)套筒灌浆料的性能,分析了不同类型早强剂对低温套筒灌浆料流动度、膨胀率和抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:甲酸钙和硫酸钠的掺入可以显著提高灌浆料的3 d和28 d抗压强度,但其1 d龄期抗压强度不符合JG/T 408—2013《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》要求。当自制早强剂掺量为0.4%时,灌浆料的1、3、28 d抗压强度分别达到43.6、69.0、90.1 MPa,较对照组分别提高了136.9%、37.7%和21.3%,其流动度、膨胀率和抗压强度均符合JG/T 408—2013要求。

Experimental study on the performance of sleeve grouting at low temperature

    Abstract:In order to improve the properties of low temperature(10 ℃) sleeve grouting materials,the effects of different types of early strength agents on the fluidity,expansion rate and compressive strength of low temperature sleeve grouting materials were analyzed. The experimental results show that the addition of calcium formate and sodium sulfate can significantly improve the 3 d and 28 d compressive strength of the grouting material,but its 1 d compressive strength does not meet the requirements of JG/T 408—2013 "Sleeve grouting material for steel bar connection". When the dosage of self-made early strength agent is 0.4%,the compressive strength of the grouting material in 1 d,3 d and 28 d reaches 43.6 MPa,69.0 MPa and 90.1 MPa respectively,which is increased by 136.9%,37.7% and 21.3% compared with the control group,and its fluidity,expansion rate and compressive strength meet the requirements of JG/T 408—2013.
