废弃玻璃钢夹砂管破碎物制备透水砖透水及强度性能研究

    摘要:探讨了废旧玻璃钢夹砂管回收利用制备透水砖的可行性,通过透水系数和劈裂抗拉强度试验研究了玻璃钢夹砂管破碎集料制备透水砖的配合比,合适的集灰比和水灰比,以及复合面层+基层透水砖的特性等。结果表明:废旧玻璃钢夹砂管通过切割、破碎、筛分可形成具有间断级配和相应力学性质的粗骨料,与天然集料混合使用可用于制备透水混凝土,其中含有的玻璃纤维可提高透水混凝土强度但不影响透水性能;若将玻璃钢夹砂管破碎物和天然集料按照1:1混合制作透水混凝土,集灰比应该控制在3.5~3.0为宜,水灰比应以0.25为最佳;若在透水混凝土基层上复合8 mm厚砂浆[m(水泥)∶m(河砂)∶m(水)=1.0∶3.0∶0.25]作为面层制成复合透水砖,透水系数和劈裂抗拉强度可符合GB/T 25993—2010《透水路面砖和透水路面板标准》要求。

Study on permeability and strength of permeable bricks made by crushed product from waste FRPM pipe

    Abstract:The research discussed the possibility of recycling and utilizing waste FRPM Pipe to make permeable bricks. Through the permeability test and the split tensile strength test,this study proposed appropriate mix aggregate portion,mass ratio of aggregate to cement and mass ratio of water to cement to make the permeable brick and discussed the characteristics of the composite surface layer+substrate permeable brick. The test results indicate that the waste FRPM Pipe can be cut,crushed and sieved to produce coarse aggregates with intermittent particle gradation and corresponding mechanical properties,which can be used to make pervious concrete when mixed with natural coarse aggregates,the glass fiber from the FRPM Pipe can improve the strength of pervious concrete without badly decreasing the permeability coefficient. When the FRPM Pipe coarse aggregates:natural coarse aggregate=1∶1 by weight to make pervious concrete,the mass ratio of aggregate to cement should be controlled between 3.5 and 3.0,and the optimum water-cement ratio should be 0.25. If 8 mm thick mortar(the mix proportion of cement:sand:water is 1.0∶3.0∶0.25) is used as the surface layer upon the base pervious concrete to form a composite structure permeable brick,the permeability coefficient and split tensile strength can reach the standard of GB/T 25993—2010 "Permeable paving bricks & permeable paving flags".
