预留大孔对煤矸石制备发泡陶瓷保温材料性能的影响

    摘要:针对煤矸石基发泡陶瓷保温材料在制备过程中由于煤矸石中残余碳无法完全反应的问题,利用圆台预埋法人工造孔,为残余碳的燃烧提供气流通道,解决了材料内部存在的黑心问题,同时研究了预留大孔对材料力学、热学性能的影响。研究表明:将直径为1 cm的圆孔以孔距为2.5 cm、60°错排的方式排布为最佳开孔方式,开孔率14.51%,制得的发泡陶瓷墙体保温材料导热系数仅为0.11 W/(m·K),抗压强度达到4.7 MPa。

Effect of reserved macropore on the performance of thermal insulation material for foamed ceramic made of coal gangue

    Abstract:Aiming at the problem which residual carbon in coal gangue cannot be fully reacted during the preparation of coal gangue-based foamed thermal insulation material of the foamed ceramic,the researcher uses the circular table pre-embedded method to make holes to provide airflow channels for the combustion of residual carbon,and solves the problem of black heart in the material,and at the same time studies the effect of large holes on strength of materials and thermal properties. The research shows that the foamed thermal insulation material of the foamed ceramic is prepared with the round hole. which has a diameter of 1cm,has a distance of holes of 2.5 cm,is arranged in a staggered manner with a degree of 60°,and has the opening rate of 14.51%. It's coefficient of thermal conductivity and compressive strength can reach 0.11 W/(m·K) and 4.7 MPa.
