超高泵送钢纤维混凝土的断裂性能研究

    摘要:配制了满足超高距离泵送要求的纤维混凝土,采用楔入劈拉法研究其断裂性能,并利用荷载与裂缝张口位移曲线(P-WCMOD)和声发射技术,分析了纤维混凝土的初裂荷载Pcr、断裂韧性KIC和断裂能GF。结果表明:与基准混凝土相比,超高泵送纤维混凝土的Pcr、KIC和GF均有不同程度的提高;钢纤维体积掺量为0.8%时,混凝土的Pcr、KIC和GF分别提高了62.2%、63.7%和14.9倍,其破坏方式由脆性破坏转向延性破坏,表现出优异的韧性。

Study on fracture property of ultra-high pumping steel fiber reinforced concrete

    Abstract:The fiber reinforced concrete meeting the requirements of ultra-high distance pumping was prepared,and its fracture properties were studied through wedge splitting method. The load-crack mouth opening displacement curve(P-WCMOD) and acoustic emission technology were both used to analyze the initial cracking load Pcr,fracture toughness KIC and fracture energy GF. The results indicate that,compared with control concrete,the Pcr,KIC and GF of FRC can be improved in various degrees. As the volume content of steel fiber is 0.8%,the values of these indices will increase 62.2%,63.7% and 1490%,respectively. It is also shown that the failure of concrete changes from brittleness to ductility,performing a good toughness behavior.
