掺锂渣再生混凝土与钢筋粘结性能的试验研究

    摘要:通过对立方体试件中心锚固的钢筋拉拔试验,得到不同再生粗骨料取代率、锂渣掺量、钢筋直径时钢筋与再生混凝土之间的粘结应力-滑移曲线,分析粗骨料取代率、锂渣掺量和钢筋直径对纵筋粘结强度及滑移量的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,钢筋与试块的粘结强度随再生粗骨料取代率的增加呈升高趋势,随钢筋直径的增大呈下降趋势,且掺入适量的锂渣可以提高二者之间的粘结性能。

Experimental study on bond properties between recycled concrete incorporated lithium slag and rebars

    Abstract:Through the test method of drawing the reinforcing bar anchored in the center of the cube specimen,the bond stress-slip curve between the rebar and the recycled concrete when the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate,the amount of lithium slag and the diameter of the rebar are different are obtained,The effects of the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate,the amount of lithium slag,and the diameter of the reinforcing bar on the bond strength and slip of longitudinal bars were analyzed. The results show that,within a certain range,the bond strength between the steel bars and cube test blocks increases with the increase of the aggregate replacement rate,and declines with the increase of the rebar diameter,and the addition of an appropriate amount of lithium slag can improve the bond properties between them.
