镍渣替代机制砂制备混凝土的应用研究

    摘要:利用冶炼镍渣砂替代部分机制砂制备普通混凝土与高强混凝土,研究了镍渣砂对混凝土坍落度、抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:镍渣砂能够改善混凝土流动性;适量的镍渣砂能提高普通混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能,但镍渣砂对高强混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能不利;镍渣砂能改善普通混凝土和高强混凝土的抗冻性能,50次和100次冻融循环后的抗压强度损失率均有所下降。

Study on the application of nickel slag instead of part of manufactured sand in the preparation of concrete

    Abstract:Ordinary concrete and high strength concrete were prepared by using smelting nickel slag instead of part of manufactured sand. The slump,compressive strength,chloride ion penetration resistance and frost resistance were measured. The influence of nickel slag sand on the performance of concrete was discussed. The test results show that the nickel slag sand can improve the fluidity of concrete,and a proper amount of nickel slag sand can increase the compressive strength and chloride ion penetration resistance of ordinary concrete,but nickel slag sand is not good for the compressive strength and chloride ion penetration resistance of high-strength concrete;the nickel slag sand can also improve the frost resistance of ordinary concrete and high-strength concrete,after 50 and 100 freeze-thaw cycles,the loss rate of compressive strength decreased.
