缓释单体对羧基保护型聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响

    摘要:分别以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯作为主要缓释组分合成不同体系的羧基保护型聚羧酸减水剂,采用红外光谱分析了不饱和单体的水解,并分析了不饱和单体对羧基保护型聚羧酸减水剂分散性的影响。结果表明:丙烯酰胺取代率为40%的TPEG2700-AM-AA体系、丙烯酸羟丙酯取代率为60%的TPEG2700-HPA-AA体系、丙烯酸羟乙酯取代率为80%的HPEG2500-HEA-AA体系所合成的羧基保护型聚羧酸减水剂的2 h经时分散性最佳。

Effect of slow release monomers on the properties of polycarboxylate water reducer

    Abstract:In this paper,different systems of polycarboxylic acid water reducer were prepared with acrylamide,hydroxypropyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate as the main slow-release components. The hydrolysis of unsaturated monomers was analyzed by infrared spectrum,and the effect of unsaturated monomers on the performance of polycarboxylic acid water reducer was analyzed. The results show that the carboxyl protected polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent prepared by TPEG2700-AM-AA system with 40% of acrylamide substitution rate,TPEG2700-HPA-AA system with 60% of hydroxypropyl acrylate substitution rate,HPEG2500-HEA-AA system with 80% of hydroxyethyl acrylate substitution rate has the best fluidity over time of 2 h.
