抑泥型β-环糊精基减水剂的合成与性能研究

    摘要:以β-环糊精(β-CD)和氯乙酸钠为原料制备β-环糊精基减水剂,通过水泥净浆流动度测试,考察了β-CD与氯乙酸钠摩尔比、反应温度对减水剂分散性能的影响。结果表明:n(β-CD)∶n(氯乙酸钠)=1∶10、反应温度为60 ℃时,减水剂的分散性和抑泥性能最佳,水泥净浆120 min流动度大于初始流动度(244 mm),达260 mm左右;掺加1%钠基膨润土的水泥净浆60 min 流动度较纯水泥净浆仅减小了11 mm。

Study on the synthesis and performance of clay-inhibiting water reducer based on β-cyclodextrin

    Abstract:β-Cyclodextrin-based water reducer was prepared by using β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and sodium chloroacetate as raw materials. The effects of the ratio of β-CD and sodium chloroacetate,reaction temperature on the dispersion properties of the water reducer were investigated by testing the fluidity of cement paste. The results showed that when n(β-CD)∶n(sodium chloroacetate) is 1∶10 at 60 ℃,the dispersing performance and clay inhibiting performance of the water reducer were the best. The fluidity of the cement paste at 120 min is greater than the initial fluidity(244 mm),reaching about 260 mm,and the fluidity of the cement paste
with 1% sodium bentonite at 60 min is only 11 mm less than that of pure cement paste.
