铝酸盐液体速凝剂的改性及其适应性研究

摘要：通过调整铝酸盐液体速凝剂中氢氧化钠与氢氧化铝的摩尔比（MR），并复合硅酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、三乙醇胺和增稠剂对液体速凝剂进行改性。实验结果表明，铝酸盐速凝剂的固含量不宜超过55%，否则对混凝土后期强度产生不利影响；MR越小，速凝剂稳定性越差，但有利于缩短水泥的凝结时间，复合改性铝酸盐液体速凝剂的MR应大于1.3。制备改性速凝剂（S50-2-8）的最佳配比为：m（氢氧化铝）∶m（氢氧化钠）∶m（聚丙烯酰胺）∶m（三乙醇胺）∶m（增稠剂）∶m（硅酸钠-碳酸钠改性剂）∶m（水）=29∶22∶0.2∶1.0∶1.0∶20∶49，该速凝剂充分发挥了各组分的协同作用，提高了与不同水泥之间的适应性，性能符合GB/T 35159—2017《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》的要求。

Study on modification and adaptability of aluminate accelerator

Abstract：Liquid accelerator was modified by adjusting the molar ratio（MR） of sodium hydroxide to aluminum hydroxide in
the aluminate accelerator，and compounding sodium silicate，polyacrylamide，triethanolamine and thickener. The results show that：To make sure the late strength，the solid content of accelerator should not exceed 55%. The lower MR，the shorter setting time，but the worse stability. The MR of the modified accelerator must be greater than 1.3. The best ratio for preparing modified accelerator（S50-2-8） is：m（aluminum hydroxide）：m（sodium hydroxide）：m（polyacrylamide）：m（triethanolamine）：m（Thickener）：m（sodium silicate-sodium carbonate modifier）：m（water）=29∶22∶0.2∶1.0∶1.0∶20∶49. Because of the synergistic effect of each component，the adapt-
ability between this accelerator and different types of cement was improved，and all indicators meet with standard GB/T 35159—2017 "Flash setting admixtures for shotcrete".
