新型超薄层罩面TOM-10高胶沥青混合料性能研究

    摘要:采用SBS与胶粉复合改性制备高胶沥青,应用新型超薄层罩面TOM-10间断级配,基于室内试验,利用高粘改性沥青作为对比试验,进行新型超薄层罩面TOM-10沥青混合料配合比设计及路用性能研究。结果表明:高胶沥青的黏度、活化能均大于高粘沥青,但弯曲劲度较小,表现出较强的高温抗变形能力及低温流变性能;TOM-10高胶沥青混合料具有优异的高温稳定性能及水稳定性能。

Study on the properties of a new super thin layer Tom-10 high rubber powder asphalt mixture

    Abstract:SBS modified asphalt and rubber powder were used to prepare high rubber powder asphalt. The new Tom-10 intermittent gradation was applied. Based on the laboratory test,the high viscosity modified asphalt was used as the comparative test to carry out the mix ratio design of Tom-10 new ultra-thin layer overlay asphalt mixture and the road performance research. The results show that the viscosity and activation energy of the high rubber powder asphalt are higher than that of the high viscous asphalt,but the bending strength is smaller,showing strong resistance to deformation at high temperature and rheological property at low temperature. Tom-10 high rubber powder mixture has excellent high temperature stability and water stability.
