新型缓凝淀粉基水泥砂浆保水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:以玉米淀粉为原材料,三偏磷酸钠为交联剂,氯乙酸钠为醚化剂,采用固相法合成了交联羧甲基玉米淀粉保水剂。考察了不同取代度和掺量的交联羧甲基玉米淀粉对水泥砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,随着交联羧甲基淀粉取代度和掺量的增大,水泥砂浆的保水率、稠度增大、凝结时间明显延长,表观密度、抗压强度有所下降。取代度为0.8323的交联羧甲基玉米淀粉在水泥砂浆中掺量为0.5%时保水率由77.2%提高到97.1%,稠度由56 mm下降到21 mm,凝结时间由235 min延长到298 min,保水、增稠、缓凝效果好。

Study on synthesis and performance of a novel retarding action starch-based water-retention admixture

    Abstract:By using corn starch as raw materials,sodium trimetaphosphate as cross-linking catalyst,monochloroacetate as etherifying agent,the cross-linked carboxymethyl corn starch was synthesized by the solid phase method. The effects of cross-linked carboxymethyl corn starch with different degrees of substitution(DS) and different additions on performance of cement mortar were investigated. The results showed that:as the increase of substitution degree and additions of the cross-linked carboxymethyl corn starch,the water-retention,consistency,retarding action of cement mortar increased significantly,while the apparent density and compressive strength decreased slightly. By adding the 0.5% of cross-linked carboxymethyl corn starch with the 0.8323 DS to the cement mortar,the water-retention rate of the cement mortar increased from 77.2% to 97.1%,whereas the consistency decreased from 56 mm to 21 mm,and the setting time prolonged from 235 min to 298 min. Meanwhile,the water-retention,consistency and retarding action were satisfactory.
