粉煤灰地质聚合物多孔材料的制备及其性能研究

    摘要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,采用碱激发的方法制备地质聚合物多孔材料。研究碱激发剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂的用量对地质聚合物多孔材料体积密度和抗压强度的影响,并进行微观分析。试验结果表明,当碱激发剂用量为16.92%,发泡剂用量为1.23%,稳泡剂用量为0.46%时,样品性能最优,28 d抗压强度达到0.73 MPa,体积密度为0.46 g/cm3,且成孔分布相对均匀。SEM观察到粉煤灰的微观形貌发生变化,结合FTIR和XRD分析表明,在碱激发剂的作用下粉煤灰中的活性物质发生解聚-缩聚反应,生成N-A-S-H凝胶,结合抗压强度测试表明,此凝胶是增强地质聚合物多孔材料强度的主要来源。

Preparation and properties of fly ash geopolymer porous materials

    Abstract:The porous materials of geopolymer were prepared by alkali excitation with fly ash as the main raw material. The effects of the dosage of alkali activator,foaming agent and foam stabilizer on the volume density and compressive strength of the porous materials of geopolymer were studied and analyzed. The test results showed that when the dosage of alkali activator was 16.92%,foaming agent was 1.23%,and foam stabilizer was 0.46%,the sample performance was the best,the compressive strength of 28 d reached 0.73 MPa,the volume density was 0.46 g/cm3,and the pore distribution was relatively uniform. SEM observed that the microstructure of fly ash changed,FTIR and XRD analysis show that the active substances in fly ash depolymerize and condense under the action of alkali activator to form N-A-S-H gel. Combined with compressive strength test,the gel is the main source to enhance the strength of geopolymer porous materials.
