干混砂浆储料罐高效耐久防离析设计

摘要：干混砂浆储料罐中物料的离析，对预拌砂浆的质量影响较大，一般的防离析装置效率低、维修困难。对干混砂浆罐防离析失效的原因进行详细的探讨分析，研发了高效耐久防离析装置，当仓内物料大于1.8 t时，其细度模数相对平稳，离析现象较小，同时由于弯管使用寿命的提高，也有效降低了防离析装置的失效情况，提高了防离析性能。

Design of high efficiency, durability and segregation prevention for dry mixed mortar storage tank

Abstract：The separation of materials in the dry-mixed mortar storage tank has a great influence on the quality of premixed mortar. The general anti-segregation devices are inefficient and difficult to maintain. The reason for the anti-segregation failure of dry-mixed mortar storage tank was discussed and analyzed in detail，and an efficient and durable anti-segregation device was developed. When the material in the hopper is more than 1.8 t，its fineness modulus is relatively stable，and the segregation phenomenon is less. The increase in service life of bending pipe also effectively reduces the failure of the anti-segregation device and improves the anti-segregation performance.
