利用装修垃圾再生骨料和炉底渣研制轻质隔墙条板

    摘要:利用装修垃圾再生骨料与炉底渣2种骨料,采用挤出成型工艺,研制建筑用轻质隔墙条板。与使用炉底渣单一骨料相比,装修垃圾再生骨料与炉底渣复合使用后,轻质隔墙条板的面密度增大7.8%,抗压强度提高4.7%,软化系数增大10%,干燥收缩值保持不变,以上技术指标均符合GB/T 23451—2009《建筑用轻质隔墙条板》标准要求。综合考虑强度、耐久性和面密度因素,装修垃圾再生骨料占全部骨料的体积比以30%为宜。

Development of lightweight panel for partition wall used with recycled aggregate from the decoration waste and furnace bottom slag

    Abstract:In this paper,the lightweight panel for partition wall is developed by using two kinds of aggregate,i.e. recycled aggregate of the decoration waste and furnace bottom slag,and adopting extrusion molding technology. Compared with the single aggregate of furnace bottom slag,the surface density,compressive strength,softening coefficient of lightweight partition panel increased by 7.8%,16% and 10% respectively,the drying shrinkage value remains unchanged,and the above technical indexes meet the standard requirements. Considering the factors of strength,durability and surface density,the appropriate volume ratio of recycled aggregate from decoration waste to total aggregate is 30%.
