珊瑚礁砂混凝土外加剂优选复配技术研究

    摘要:珊瑚礁砂具有疏松多孔、质脆易碎的物理和化学特性,使得其在制备混凝土时使用的外加剂应具有适当的消泡性、保气性和良好的增黏、保坍、抗吸附性能,试验优选复配了适用于珊瑚礁砂混凝土的专用外加剂。结果表明:专用外加剂的复配比例(折固)为:m(聚羧酸减水剂S410)∶m(ZC-2)∶m(K1)∶m(T1)∶m(B315)=15∶0.09∶6∶0.1∶4.8;珊瑚礁砂混凝土的内部温度在浇筑后的52 h达到最高点,温峰值为67.7 ℃;28 d龄期的珊瑚礁砂混凝土中生成了大量的C-S-H和AFt,C-S-H与AFt相互交织形成了密实的结构,同时在界面过渡区很难观察到结晶完好的六方板状Ca(OH)2晶体。

Study on the compounding technology of coral reef sand concrete admixture

    Abstract:Coral reef sand is loose,porous,brittle and fragile. The admixture used in the preparation of concrete should have appropriate defoaming and gas retention properties,good viscosity-increasing,moisture-preserving and anti-adsorption properties. A special admixture suitable for coral reef sand concrete can be compounded to produce concrete with good performance. The test results show that the compounding mass ratio of the special admixture is m(410)∶m(ZC-2)∶m(K1)∶m(T1)∶m(B315)=15∶0.09∶6∶0.1∶4.8. The internal temperature of the coral reef sand concrete reached the highest point at 52 h after pouring,and the temperature peak was 67.7 ℃. A large amount of C-S-H and AFt were formed in the 28-day-old coral reef sand concrete. C-S-H and AFt interweave to form a dense structure,and it is difficult to observe the crystallized hexagonal plate-like Ca(OH)2 crystal in the interfacial transition zone.
