多元组分早强型聚羧酸减水剂的 合成与应用

    摘要:将功能大单体OXVR-404V60与多元组分功能小单体利用结构上各基团的性能优势进行组合,设计合成了一系列具有早强性能的减水剂。试验结果表明,当配合比为n(OXVR-404V60)∶n(AA)∶n(DMC)=1.0∶4.0∶0.2时,合成减水剂的早强性能较优,但保坍性略显不足;再加入HEA合成了具有一定保坍性能的四元组分早强型减水剂,性能较好的配合比为:n(OXVR-404V60)∶n(AA)∶n(DMC)∶
n(HEA)=1.0∶4.0∶0.2∶0.2,混凝土应用试验结果表明,掺该早强型聚羧酸减水剂的混凝土和易性与早期强度均优于市售同类产品。

Synthesis and application of multi-component early strength polycarboxylate water reducer

    Abstact:The functional macromonomer OXVR-404V60 was selected,and the multi-component functional small monomer was combined with the performance advantages of each group in the structure to synthesize a series of water-reducing agents with early strength properties. The water reducing agent with the ratio of n(OXVR-404V60)∶n(AA)∶n(DMC)=1.0∶4.0∶0.2 has better early strength performance,but the moisture retention is slightly insufficient. By adding HEA,a quaternary component early strength water reducing agent with certain guaranteed properties was synthesized. The water-reducing agent with better ratio n(OXVR-404V60)∶n(AA)∶n(DMC)∶n(HEA)=1.0∶4.0∶0.2∶0.2 has better concrete workability and early strength than the commercial products,which
better meet the engineering application.
