分散介质对水包水多彩涂料稳定性的 影响研究

    摘要:研究了分散介质中保护胶溶液浓度、分散相与分散介质的质量比以及分散介质的放置时间等因素对水包水多彩涂料的彩粒成粒效果、渗色情况及施工性能的影响。试验结果表明:当分散介质中保护胶溶液浓度为6%、分散相与分散介质的质量比为1.0∶(0.7~1.3)时,制备的分散介质综合性能优异;同时,分散介质的放置时间对涂料的贮存稳定性影响不大,但需要注意的是,如果分散介质放置时间较长,使用前需重新分散均匀。

Study on the effect of dispersion medium on the stability of water-in-water multicolor coatings

    Abstract:The effects of the concentration of protective glue in dispersion medium,the mass ratio of dispersion phase to dispersion medium and the placement time of dispersion medium on the granulation effect,color permeation and construction performance were studied experimentally. The experimental results show that when the concentration of the protective gel in the dispersion medium is 6% and the mass ratio of the dispersed phase to the dispersion medium is in the range of 1∶(0.7~1.3),the comprehensive properties of the dispersion medium are excellent. At the same time,it is found that the storage stability of the coating is not affected by the time of the dispersion medium,but it should be noted that if the dispersion medium is placed for a long time,it is necessary to re-disperse before the use of the dispersion medium.
