高速公路大修工程厂拌热再生技术的应用

    摘要:依托青银高速靖边至王圈梁段路面大修工程,研究了靖王高速公路回收沥青路面材料(RAP)的性能,厂拌热再生混合料的配合比及其路用性能。结果表明:路面回收沥青的25 ℃针入度为43.3(0.1 mm),软化点为62.2 ℃,RAP具备再生条件;经筛分0~10 mmRAP掺配10%,10~20 mmRAP掺配15%,再生混合料中新沥青用量为3%时,路用性能良好,其马歇尔残留稳定度为93.43%、冻融劈裂强度比86.5%、车辙试验动稳定度(5 cm厚)为7250 次/mm。且经济效益明显,节能环保。

Application of hot mix recycling technology in highway overhaul works

    Abstract:Relying on pavement overhaul project of Jingbian to Wangqualiang section of Qingyin Expressway,the performance of recycled asphalt pavement material(RAP) on Jingwang Expressway,the mix ratio of plant-mixed hot recycled mixture and its
pavement performance were studied experimentally. The test results show that the pavement reclaimed asphalt has a penetration of 43.3(0.1 mm) at 25 ℃ and a softening point of 62.2 ℃. The RAP has regeneration conditions;After sieving 0~10 mm RAP blending 10%,10~20 mm RAP blending 15%,reclaimed mixture new asphalt dosage 3%,the recycled mixture Marshall residual stability is 93.43%,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio 86.5%,rutting test dynamic stability(5 cm thick) was 7250 times/mm. The plant mixed with hot reclaimed mixed materials has good performance and obvious economic benefits,energy saving and environmental protection.
