烧结除尘灰掺量对陶粒烧结温度及性能的影响

    摘要:将烧结除尘灰作为制备陶粒的原料,通过FactSage软件模拟陶粒焙烧过程物相组成及液相占比变化,利用X射线衍射仪对陶粒进行物相分析,利用SEM对陶粒微观结构进行表征,分析烧结除尘灰掺量对陶粒性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结除尘灰掺量的增加,陶粒液相区域逐渐扩大,烧结温度随之降低;掺入烧结除尘灰可以改善陶粒烧胀性,但陶粒强度会降低;在烧结除尘灰掺量为20%,烧结温度1150 ℃的条件下,可制备出堆密度为673 kg/m3、1 h吸水率为1.76%、筒压强度为2.94 MPa的成品陶粒。

The influence of sintering dust content on the sintering temperature and quality of ceramsite

    Abstract:The sintered dust ash is used as the raw material for the preparation of ceramsite. The ceramsite is simulated by FactSage software during the roasting phase composition and liquid phase ratio change,X-ray diffractometer was used to analyze the ceramsite phase,SEM was used to characterize the microstructure of the ceramsite,and the effects of sintering dust on the properties of the ceramsite was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of sintering dust ash content,the ceramsite liquid phase area gradually expands,and the sintering temperature decreases accordingly,the addition of sintering dust ash can improve the ceramsite swellability,but the strength of the ceramsite will decrease. When the sintering dust ash content is 20%,and the sintering temperature is 1150 ℃,a new type of ceramsite with a bulk density of 673 kg/m3,1 h water absorption rate of 1.76%,and a barrel pressure of 2.94 MPa can be prepared.
