轻质陶粒对磷建筑石膏保温性能的影响

    摘要:探究轻质黏土陶粒粒径及掺量对磷建筑石膏保温性能的影响,分析了相关作用机理。结果表明,掺入0.2%的纤维素醚能抑制轻质黏土陶粒的上浮,并提高了磷建筑石膏的保水性。轻质黏土陶粒掺量为12%,粒径为8~11 mm时,石膏基复合材料的表观密度为1102 kg/m3,绝干抗折强度为1.89 MPa,绝干抗压强度为8.12 MPa,导热系数为0.17 W/(m·K),相对空白组分别下降了13.2%、58.8%、45.6%、64.5%。

Effects of lightweight ceramsite on heat insulation performance of phosphorus gypsum

    Abstract:The influence of light clay ceramicite with different particle size and content on the thermal insulation performance of phosphor building gypsum is investigated,and the relevant mechanism is further analyzed. 0.2% cellulose ether was added to inhibit the buoyancy of light clay ceramsite and increase the water retention of phosphorus building gypsum. The results show that when the content of lightweight clay ceramsite is 12% and the particle size is 8~11 mm,the apparent density of gypsum matrix composites,the absolute dry flexibility and compressive strength,the optimal thermal conductivity are 1102 kg/m3,1.89 MPa,8.12 MPa and 0.17 W/(m·K),respectively. Compared with the blank group,the thermal conductivity is reduced by 13.2%,58.8%,45.6% and 64.5% respectively.
