氧化石墨烯掺量及分散性对泡沫混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:将氧化石墨烯引入泡沫混凝土中,通过调整氧化石墨烯的掺量和分散性,研究氧化石墨烯对泡沫混凝土抗压强度、干密度、吸水率和导热系数的影响规律,采用SEM观察氧化石墨烯对泡沫混凝土的改性作用。结果表明,氧化石墨烯可有效提高泡沫混凝土的力学性能,降低吸水率和导热系数,且分散处理后的氧化石墨烯改性作用更佳,掺量为0.6%的氧化石墨烯经过超声分散120 min时改性效果最好。微观分析发现,氧化石墨烯的模板效应可使水化产物在其表面生长,形成簇状水化产物,有效减少微裂纹的数量。

Effect of graphene oxide content and its dispersion on properties of foam concrete

    Abstract:Graphene oxide(GO) is introduced into foam concrete. By adjusting the amount and dispersion of GO, the influence of GO on the compressive strength,dry density,water absorption rate and thermal conductivity of foam concrete is studied. Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the modification of graphene oxide on foam concrete. The results show that GO can effectively improve the mechanical properties of foamed concrete,reduce its water absorption and thermal conductivity,and the modification of GO after dispersion treatment is better. After 120 minutes of ultrasonic dispersion,the dosage is 0.6%,GO has the best modification effect. By comparing the microstructures,it is found that the template effect of GO can cause hydration products to grow on its surface to form cluster hydration products,effectively reducing the number of micro-cracks.
