耐水型聚氨酯注浆材料性能研究及工程应用

    摘要:对比了耐水型聚氨酯注浆材料与普通聚氨酯注浆材料在不同含水量下的发泡倍率、拉伸性能及压缩性能,分析了无水条件下2种注浆材料的粘结性能及耐久性。结果表明,当普通聚氨酯注浆材料含水量为1%时,其发泡倍率高达15倍,容易造成路面顶起;而耐水型聚氨酯注浆材料含水量达20%时,发泡倍率仅为2.8倍;在含水量为0时,耐水型聚氨酯注浆材料的粘结性能优于普通型聚氨酯注浆材料。实际工程应用表明,耐水型聚氨酯注浆材料能够适应不同含水量的路面基层注浆需求,经耐水型聚氨酯注浆材料注浆处治后,现场取芯完整率达到87.8%。

Performance research and engineering application of water-resistant polyurethane grouting materials

    Abstract:The expansion ratio,tensile properties and compressive properties of water-resistant polyurethane grouting materials and ordinary polyurethane grouting materials under different moisture content were compared. Then,the adhesive properties and durability of the two grouting materials were compared and analyzed in the contents of water. The results show that when the water content is 1%,the foaming ratio of ordinary polyurethane grouting material was as high as 15 times,which is easy to cause a road jacking up. When the water content is 20%,the foaming ratio of water-resistant polyurethane grouting material was only 2.8 times. When the water was constant to zero,the adhesive property of water-resistant polyurethane grouting material was better than that of ordinary polyurethane grouting material. The practical engineering application shows that the water-resistant polyurethane grouting material could adapt to the grouting demand of pavement base with different water contents. After the grouting treatment with water-resistant polyurethane grouting material,the integrity rate of on-site coring reached 87.8%.
