水工建筑物填缝材料止水性能试验研究

    摘要:利用研发的水工建筑物填缝材料止水性能测试装置,进行不同填缝密封材料及填缝深度、填缝宽度等的对比试验,研究不同的填缝材料及填缝结构形式的止水效果。研究结果表明:填缝深度越深,止水性能越好;支撑材料为硬泡沫板时止水性能好于软泡沫板;拉伸宽度越大止水性能降低;材料力学性能越高止水效果越好。

Experimental study on water seal property of sealing material for hydraulic structures

    Abstract:A self-developed testing device for sealing performance of joint-filling materials in hydraulic structures is used. The comparative tests of different sealing materials,different depth and width of sealing are carried out. The water sealing effect of different sealing materials and different sealing structure are studied through comparative tests. The results show that the deeper the joint,the better is the water sealing performance,the water sealing performance of the hard foam plate is better than the soft foam plate,the wider the tensile width,the lower is the water sealing performance,the higher the mechanical property of the material,the better is the water sealing effect.
