白色超高性能混凝土饰面性能影响因素分析

    摘要:通过测试白色超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的吸水率、碱渗出率、白度,研究了白硅粉、钛白粉掺量及水胶比对白色超高性能混凝土饰面性能的影响规律,得出白色超高性能混凝土吸水率、碱渗出率、白度相互关系。试验结果表明,掺入1%钛白粉能有效提高白色UHPC的白度,掺入20%白硅粉、水胶比不大于0.26时能有效降低UHPC的吸水率和碱渗出率。白硅粉、水胶比是影响白色UHPC吸水率、碱渗出率的主要因素,钛白粉是影响UHPC白度的主要因素。

Analysis of factors influencing the finish properties of white ultra-high performance concrete

    Abstract:The effects of different amount of silica fume,titanium dioxide and water binder ratio on the finish properties of white UHPC were studied. By measuring the water absorption rate,alkali exudation rate and whiteness of white UHPC,the relationship among water absorption,alkali exudation rate and whiteness of white ultra-high performance concrete is given. The results show that the whiteness of UHPC can be improved by adding 1% titanium dioxide, and the water absorption and alkali exudation rate of UHPC can be effectively reduced when 20% silica fume is added and the water binder ratio is not more than 0.26. White silica fume and water binder ratio are the main factors affecting the water absorption and alkali exudation rate of white UHPC,titanium dioxide is the main factor affecting the whiteness of UHPC.
