再生聚丙烯纤维和丁苯胶乳复合改性对混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:采用再生聚丙烯纤维(RPF)和丁苯胶乳(SBR)复合对混凝土进行改性,通过混凝土抗压、抗拉和抗弯强度,以及5%浓度盐酸溶液浸泡下90 d试样的质量损失率和强度损失试验,研究RPF和SBR复合对混凝土基本力学性能和耐久性的影响。试验结果表明,RPF和SBR复合改性能显著改善混凝土的力学性能和酸性溶液浸泡下的耐久性能,RPF和SBR的最优掺量分别为1%和15%,此时混凝土的抗压强度为42.19 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度为4.95 MPa,抗弯强度为4.80 MPa,5%浓度盐酸溶液浸泡下90 d试样的质量损失率为4.05%,强度损失率为9.98%。

Effect of composite modification of recycled plastic fiber and styrene-butadiene latex on concrete properties

    Abstract:Recyclable plastic fiber(RPF) and styrene butadiene latex(SBR) composite were used to modify concrete. The effects of RPF and SBR composite on the basic mechanical properties and durability of concrete were studied through the compressive,tensile and bending strength tests of concrete,as well as the mass loss rate and strength loss of the sample soaked in 5% hydrochloric acid solution for 90 days. The experimental results show that the composite performance of RPF and SBR can significantly improve the mechanical properties of concrete and the durability of concrete soaked in acid solution,and the optimal dosage of RPF and SBR is 1% and 15%,respectively. At this point,the compressive strength of concrete is 42.19 MPa,the splitting tensile strength is 4.95 MPa,and the bending strength is 4.80 MPa. The mass loss rate and strength loss rate of the sample soaked in 5% hydrochloric acid solution for 90 d are 4.05% and 9.98% respectively.
