三臂交联型聚羧酸高效减水剂的制备与性能研究

摘要:以甘油、丙烯酸和甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚为主要原料,通过简单的两步法设计合成了一系列交联程度、分子质量不同的新型三臂交联型聚羧酸高效减水剂(Tri-PCE)和梳状聚羧酸高效减水剂,并采用核磁共振和红外光谱对合成产物的结构进行了表征。净浆和砂浆试验结果表明:与梳形聚羧酸减水剂相比,Tri-PCE的初始分散性及分散保持性略低;在水泥浆中Tri-PCE的吸附量较高,并且饱和吸附量与交联程度正相关;同时,多臂体型的拓扑结构可以有效改善浆体的和易性、增大拌合物的含气量、提高新拌水泥砂浆的工作性能。

Synthesis and performances of a novel three-arm crosslinked polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:A series of novel three-arm cross-linked polycarboxylate superplasticizer(Tri-PCE) and comb-like polycarboxylate superplasticizer(Comb-PCE) with different crosslinking degree and molecular weight were designed and synthesized by a simple two-step method by taking glycerin,acrylic acid and methallylpolyoxyethylene ether as main raw materials,and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR) and infrared spectroscopy(IR) measurements were used for structural characterization. Compared with Comb-PCE,cement slurry containing Tri-PCE showed lower level of the dispersing capability and fluidity preservation of paste in the early stage. The adsorption behavior in cement indicated that Tri-PCE has a higher adsorption capacity and the saturation adsorption capacity is positively correlated with the cross-linking degree. At the same time,the multi-arm-type topology can effectively improve the workability of the slurry,increase the air content during mixing,so as to enhance the working performance of fresh cement-based materials.
