促凝组分对掺蔗糖水泥浆体的缓凝消除作用及机理分析

    摘要:通过凝结时间、水化热、抗压强度、X射线衍射等测试分析,研究了蔗糖的缓凝作用及其机理,并在掺蔗糖缓凝水泥浆体中分别掺入氢氧化钙、硫酸铝、硝酸钙等3种促凝组分,探讨了促凝组分对掺蔗糖缓凝水泥浆体及水化产物的影响及作用机理。结果显示,蔗糖在一定掺量范围内可以通过吸附和络合作用有效抑制水泥浆体的水化;掺入促凝组分可以不同程度地消除蔗糖对水泥的缓凝作用。掺入硫酸铝可以促进钙矾石的生成,掺入氢氧化钙和硝酸钙均可以为氢氧化钙的结晶提供晶核,并加速C3S的水化;氢氧化钙还可以吸附蔗糖,从而减弱蔗糖的缓凝效果。3种促凝组分中以硝酸钙对蔗糖缓凝的消除作用最为显著。

Suppression effect and mechanism of accelerators on sucrose-retarded cement paste

    Abstract:Through testing and analysis of setting time,heat of hydration,compressive strength,X-ray diffraction,etc.,the retarding effect and mechanism of sucrose were studied. Three accelerators such as calcium hydroxide,aluminum sulfate and calcium nitrate were added into sucrose-retarded cement paste. The effect and mechanism of the accelerating components on the sucrose-retarded cement paste and hydration products were discussed. The results show that sucrose can effectively inhibit the hydration of cement paste through adsorption and complexation within a certain dosage range,adding accelerator components can eliminate the retarding effect of sucrose on cement to varying degrees. The incorporation of aluminum sulfate can promote the formation of ettringite. The incorporation of calcium hydroxide and calcium nitrate can provide crystal nucleus for the crystallization of calcium hydroxide and accelerate the hydration of C3S,calcium hydroxide can also adsorb sucrose to weaken the sucrose retarding effect. Among the three accelerator components,calcium nitrate has the most significant effect on the elimination of sucrose retardation.
