低泌水高和易性保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成研究

    摘要:采用新型2+2结构大单体乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(EPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主要原料,在水溶液中采用低温引发体系进行自由基聚合,制得一种低敏感高和易性保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,探究了减水剂的最佳合成工艺条件,结果表明:当初始反应温度为20 ℃,酸醚比为2.95,酯醚比为2.25,底料片碱用量为0.75%,链转移剂用量为1.2%,AMPS用量为0.9%,A料滴加时间为60 min时,合成减水剂的分散性和分散保持性最佳,与常规市售TPEG型和HPEG型聚羧酸减水剂产品相比,和易性更好、不易泌水,坍落度保持性能更优。

Study on synthesis of slump-retaining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer with low bleeding and high workability

    Abstract:A low sensitivity and high workability of slump-retaining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer was obtained by using a new type 2+2 macromonomer-ethylene glycol monovinylpolyoxyether ether(EPEG),acrylic acid(AA),hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as the main raw material,using a low temperature initiation system,through the aqueous solution of free radical polymerization. The optimal synthetic process conditions of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were explored through experiments. The results showed that when the initial reaction temperature was 20 ℃,the ratio of n(AA):n(EPEG) was 2.95,the ratio of n(HPA)∶n(EPEG) was 2.25,the amount of sodium hydroxide was 0.75%,the amount of chain transfer agent was 1.2%,the amount of AMPS was 0.9%,and the dropping time of material A was 60 min,had the best dispersibility and retention performance. At the same time,compared with the conventional commercially available TPEG-type and HPEG-type polycarboxylate superplasticizer products,it had better workability,it was not easy to bleed,and had better slump retention performance.
