内墙涂层质量现场检测方法的研究

摘要：在工程项目实际建设中，对于内墙乳胶漆涂层存在的诸多现场检测不规范、测试结果不够客观准确且测试流程较繁琐等问题。介绍了一种内墙涂层现场耐沾污和耐洗刷性的测试方法，对多个施工现场进行了大量的应用试验测试，并在此基础上制定了施工现场耐沾污性和耐洗刷性的参考评估方法。结果表明，该方法简便高效，能对内墙涂层的耐沾污和耐洗刷性进行快速评估，可用于内墙涂层质量的现场验收。

Study of on-site inspection method of interior wall coating quality

Abstract：There are many phenomena such as non-standard on-site detection，unscientific and objective test results，and the test process is more complicated and so on in the actual construction of construction projects. A method for testing stain resistance and scrub resistance in the construction site of interior wall coatings was introduced and a large number of experimental tests were carried out at several construction sites. And on this basis，a reference evaluation method for stain resistance and scrubbing resistance on construction sites was developed. The testing results show this method is simple and effective. This method can be used to quickly evaluate the stain resistance and brush resistance，and can be used for on-site acceptance of the interior wall coating quality.
