高速公路泡沫温拌沥青混合料高温性能评价

    摘要:为研究实际铺筑的泡沫温拌沥青路面的高温性能,选取了江苏省4条应用泡沫温拌沥青技术的高速公路为例进行评价,并以同期热拌路段作为对比,基于现场芯样,通过分析评价路段的车辙深度、芯样空隙率、级配和油石比、动态蠕变性能等,评价泡沫温拌沥青路面的高温性能。结果表明:与同期热拌路段相比,泡沫温拌路段沥青混合料的拌和温度降低20 ℃左右时,沥青混合料的空隙率更小,具有更优的高温稳定性;拌和温度和孔隙率是影响泡沫温拌沥青混合料抗高温变形性能的重要因素。

High-temperature performance evaluation of expressway foam warm mix asphalt mixture

    Abstract:In order to study the high temperature performance of the actual foamed warm mixed asphalt pavement,taking the expressway of Jiangsu Province as an example,four expressways using foamed warm mixed asphalt technology were selected for evaluation,and the hot mixed road sections in the same period were used as a comparison,based on the on-site core,by analyzing and evaluating the rutting data,core sample void ratio,gradation and oil-rock ratio,and dynamic creep test data of the road section,the high-temperature performance of the foam warm mix asphalt pavement is evaluated. The results show that,compared with the hot mix section at the same period,when the mixing temperature of the foam mixture in the hot mix section is lower than that of the hot mix section by more than 20 ℃,the asphalt mixture has a smaller void ratio and better high temperature stability,the mixing temperature and porosity are important factors affecting the high temperature deformation resistance of foam warm mix asphalt mixture.
