改性剂对高RAP掺量热再生混合料性能的影响研究

    摘要:研究了木质素、聚酯纤维、硅藻土、干拌直投废轮胎胶粉4种改性剂对热再生混合料性能的影响。结果表明,掺加4种改性剂能明显提高热再生混合料的路用性能、水稳定性、抗松散性能与疲劳耐久性,对综合路用性能改善效果的排序为:干拌直投废轮胎胶粉>聚酯纤维>硅藻土>木质素纤维,干拌直投废轮胎胶粉、聚酯纤维、硅藻土分别对热再生混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性改善效果最佳。

Effect of modifiers on performance of high RAP asphalt recycled mixture

    Abstract:The effects of lignin,polyester fiber,diatomaceous earth,and dry-mixed direct input waste tire rubber powder on the properties of hot recycled asphalt mixture were studied. The results show that the addition of above 4 modifiers can significantly improve the comprehensive road performance,water stability,anti-loose performance and fatigue durability of the hot recycled mixture. The improvement effect of the four modifiers on the comprehensive road performance of the heat-recycled mixture:dry-mixed direct-throw waste tire rubber powder>polyester fiber>diatomaceous earth>lignin fiber,dry-mixed direct-throw waste tire rubber powder polyester fiber and diatomaceous earth have the best effect on improving the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water stability of the thermal regeneration mixture.
