不同纤维对EPS颗粒/脱硫石膏性能的影响研究

    摘要:基于纤维对石膏具有增强与增韧的作用,研究了分别掺加PVA纤维和木质纤维素纤维对EPS颗粒/脱硫石膏强度、吸水率和表观密度的影响。结果表明,纤维对EPS颗粒/脱硫石膏的增强效果显著,PVA纤维的增强效果优于木质纤维素纤维。PVA纤维的最优掺量为1.2%,此时EPS颗粒/脱硫石膏的吸水率为26.44%,表观密度为0.825 g/cm3,干燥状态下抗折与抗压强度分别为5.26、6.01 MPa,较未掺纤维的分别提高了121.94%和25.73%;木质纤维素纤维的最优掺量为1.4%,此时EPS颗粒/脱硫石膏的吸水率为26.22%,表观密度为0.826 g/cm3,干燥状态下抗折与抗压强度分别为3.02、5.59 MPa,较未掺纤维的分别提高了27.43%和16.95%。

Research on effect of different fibers on the properties of EPS grain/desulfurization gypsum

    Abstract:Based on the strengthening and toughening effect of fiber on gypsum,the strength,water absorption and apparent density of EPS grain/desulfurization gypsum were compared and analyzed by adding PVA fiber and lignocellulose fiber respectively. The results showed that the fiber enhanced EPS grain/desulfurization gypsum significantly,and the PVA fiber was better than lignocellulose fiber in strengthening effect. When the optimal content of PVA fiber was 1.2%,the water absorption of EPS grain/desulfurization gypsum was 26.44%,and the apparent density was 0.825 g/cm3. The flexural strength and compressive strength in the dry state were 5.26 MPa and 6.01 MPa respectively,and the strength were 121.94% and 25.73% higher than that of unmixed fiber. When the content of lignocellulose fiber was 1.4%,the water absorption of EPS grain/desulfurization gypsum was 26.22%,the apparent density was 0.826 g/cm3. The flexural strength and compressive strength under the dry condition were 3.02 MPa and 5.59 MPa respectively,and the strength were 27.43% and 16.95% higher than of unmixed fiber.
