PCE复配优化对水泥砂浆孔结构的影响

    摘要:研究了聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)复配优化工艺对水泥砂浆孔结构的影响。结果表明:PCE与消泡剂复配后可显著降低砂浆含气量及扩展度。其中聚醚类消泡剂对孔径分布的优化程度较佳,可大幅提高小孔占比,当其掺量为0.030%时,新拌水泥砂浆中含气量降低5.7个百分点。在消泡基础上,加入引气剂可提高砂浆扩展度及抗压强度。其中,松香类引气剂可显著优化气孔分布,大幅提升小孔占比;脂肪醇类引气剂优化效果次之,可略微增加小孔占比而降低大孔占比;皂苷类和烷基类引气剂效果较差,降低小孔占比,提高大孔占比,使得砂浆气孔分布趋于劣化。

Effects of the mixed optimization of PCE on pore structure evolution of cement mortar

    Abstract:The effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizers(PCE) compound optimization process on the pore structure of cement mortar was studied. The results show that PCE mixed with defoaming agents can significantly decrease the air content as well as the fluidity of cement mortar. Polyether-type defoamer contributes to the best optimization degree of pore size distribution, which largely increases the percentage of small pores. When its content is 0.030%,the air content in the freshly mixed cement mortar is reduced by 5.7%. Based on the defoaming effect,the addition of air entraining agent can effectively improve the expansion and compressive strength of mortar. Rosin-based air-entraining agent can significantly optimize the distribution of pores and greatly increase the proportion of small pores. The optimization effect of fatty alcohol air-entraining agent is the second,which can slightly increase the proportion of small pores and reduce the proportion of large pores. Saponin-type air entraining agent as well as alkyl group-type air entraining agent perform poor and degrade the pore size distribution with decreased percentage of small pores and increased percentage of large pores.
