适老建筑用高强耐火隔声复合墙体的制备与性能研究

    摘要:以普通硅酸盐水泥、再生细骨料和木质纤维素为原料制备了新型高强耐火隔声复合墙体,研究了木质纤维素掺量对墙体材料抗压强度、抗折强度、耐高温性能和隔声性能的影响。结果表明,掺加木质纤维素有助于提高混凝土试块的力学性能,木质纤维素掺量为6%时具有最高的抗压和抗折强度;未掺加木质纤维素的混凝土试块经过高温煅烧后的强度损失率都要高于掺加木质纤维素的混凝土,即木质纤维素的掺加有助于提高混凝土的耐高温性能;木质纤维素掺量为2%~8%的混凝土的整体吸声系数要高于未掺加木质纤维素的混凝土,吸声系数整体随着木质纤维素掺量增加先增大后减小,在木质纤维素为4%时取得最佳的吸声效果。综合而言,木质纤维素掺量为4%~6%时,高强耐火隔声复合墙体可取得良好的综合性能。

Study on the preparation and performance of high-strength fire-resistant and sound insulation composite wall for old buildings

    Abstract:A new type of high-strength fire-resistant and sound insulation composite wall was prepared with ordinary Portland cement,recycled concrete and lignocellulose as raw materials,the influence of the content of lignocellulose on the compressive strength,flexural strength,high temperature resistance and sound insulation performance of concrete wall materials was studied. The results show that the addition of lignocellulose in the concrete test block can improve the mechanical properties of the concrete test block. When the content of lignocellulose is 6%,the concrete test block has the maximum compressive strength and flexural strength. The strength loss rate of the concrete test block without lignocellulose after high temperature calcination is higher than that of the concrete with lignocellulose,that is,the addition of lignocellulose is helpful to improve the high temperature resistance of the concrete test block,the overall sound absorption coefficient of the concrete test block with 2%~8% lignocellulose is higher than that of the mixed soil test block without lignocellulose,and the overall sound absorption coefficient of the concrete test block will increase first and then decrease with the increase of lignocellulose,and the best sound absorption effect will be obtained when the lignocellulose is 4%. Generally speaking,when the content of lignocellulose is 4%~6%,the high-strength fire-resistant and sound insulation composite wall can achieve good comprehensive performance.
