纳米功能材料在CRTS Ⅲ型轨道板中的应用

    摘要:为加快冬季轨道板生产的脱模速度,进行轨道板混凝土掺加纳米功能材料的试验研究,并采用原位XRD法研究了纳米功能材料对水泥早期水化的影响。结果表明:掺加纳米功能材料后水泥早期水化进程加速进行,轨道板混凝土的初凝时间缩短170 min,终凝时间缩短220 min,早期强度均显著提高。现场试验结果显示,混凝土10 h蒸养强度达到45.7 MPa,较空白组混凝土提高24%,脱模时间由14 h缩短为10 h,缩短了蒸汽养护时间,降低能耗。混凝土的长期力学性能、收缩性能及耐久性能基本不受影响。

Application of nano functional material in CRTS Ⅲ track slab

    Abstract:In order to accelerate the demoulding of track slab in winter,the experimental study of track slab concrete with nano functional material was carried out. The effect of nano functional material on cement hydration was investigated by in-situ XRD method. Results show that the early hydration process is promoted by adding nano functional material into cement. The initial setting time and final setting time of concrete is shortened by 170 minutes and 220 minutes separately. The early compressive strength of track slab concrete is improved a lot,field tests show that the compressive strength of concrete after steam curing reaches 45.7 MPa in 10 hours  with an increase of 24%. The demoulding time is shortened from 14 hours to 10 hours,so the steam curing time is decreased and the energy consumption is reduced. The long-term mechanical property,shrinkage and durability of concrete are basically unaffected.
