混凝土聚羧酸降黏剂的制备及其应用研究

    摘要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、马来酸酐(MA)和甲基烯丙基磺酸钠(SMAS)为主要原料,合成一种聚羧酸降黏剂M31。研究了酸醚比、反应温度、单体滴加时间、SMAS和引发剂用量对聚羧酸降黏剂性能的影响,并通过红外光谱和核磁共振对其分子结构进行了表征。结果表明,M31的最佳制备工艺为:酸醚比2.5,SMAS和引发剂用量分别为大单体质量的0.3%和1.6%,合成反应温度55~65 ℃,保温时间1 h。该降黏剂可显著降低C60、C80混凝土的黏度,同时不影响混凝土正常强度发展,综合性能优于市售同类产品。

Study on preparation and application of polycarboxylate acid viscosity reducer for concrete

    Abstract:Polycarboxylate acid viscosity reducer M31 was synthesized from isoamylenolpolyoxyethylene ether(TPEG),maleic anhydride(MA),methacrylic acid and sodium methylallylsulfonate(SMAS). The effects of MA/TPEG ratio,reaction temperature,A/B component dropping time,SMAS and initiator amount on the performance of viscosity reducer were investigated. Its molecular structure was characterized by FTIR spectrum and NMR. The experimental results showed that in the condition of synthesis temperature range is 55~65 ℃,TPEG∶MA ratio is 1∶2.5,the dosage of SMAS and initiator is corresponding to 0.3% and 1.6% of the mass of large monomer,and the insulation time is 1 h,M31 showed the best performance,which can significantly reduce the viscosity of concrete in C60 and C80 concrete experiments without affecting the strength development of concrete,and the comprehensive performance is better than the commercial viscosity reducers.
