降黏型减水剂的合成与应用技术研究

    摘要:以不饱和封端聚醚大单体、丙烯酸、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、双氧水、维生素C、巯基丙酸及氢氧化钠为原料合成具有降黏功能的聚羧酸母液PC1,并研究了PC1的作用机理及影响因素。对PC1的复配应用技术进行了研究,确定了复配时PC1掺量、不同缓凝组分及复配小料对降黏型减水剂性能的影响。结果表明,将降黏母液PC1与高减水母液D、高保坍母液G、葡萄糖酸钠(PA)、引气剂(Y5)复配时,能有效降低高强混凝土的黏度,同时具有良好的和易性,且对高强混凝土的强度基本无影响,其最佳复配比例为:m(D)∶m(PC1)=7∶3,高保坍型母液G、缓凝剂PA和引气剂Y5的用量需视混凝土原材料情况及施工要求确定。

The study of synthesis and application technology of viscosity-reducing superplasticizer

    Abstract:PC1 polycarboxylic acid base solution with viscosity-reducing function was synthesized by using monomer of unsaturated capped polyether,acrylic acid,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate,hydrogen peroxide,Vitamin C,mercaptopropionic acid,and sodium hydroxide as raw material. Studies were conducted on the mechanism and sensitive factors of PC1 viscosity-reducing base solution. Further more,research was done on the application technology of compound preparation of PC1 to determine the impact on viscosity-reduction of ratios of PC1,retarding components,and other auxiliary material. Results show that the viscosity of high strength concrete can be effectively reduced when PC1 mother liquor is mixed with high water reducing mother liquor D,high slump retaining mother liquor G,sodium gluconate PA and air entraining agent Y5,which has good workability and has no effect on the strength of high strength concrete. The optimum mix proportion of PC1 mother liquor and D mother liquor is 7∶3. The dosage of high slump retaining mother liquor G,retarder PA and air entraining agent Y5 depends on the concrete materials and construction requirements.
