可用于潮湿界面修补的环氧树脂砂浆的研制

摘要：以E51和活性稀释剂为基料，配以新型固化剂、促进剂和填料，经混合搅拌制备了一种可用于潮湿界面修补的环氧树脂砂浆。基于现场施工要求，对不同促进剂用量环氧树脂修补砂浆的性能进行了研究，结果表明，促进剂的最佳用量为固化剂质量的10%。最佳用量下修补砂浆的1 d抗压、抗折强度分别为73.9、21.64 MPa，7 d干粘结强度为7.5 MPa、湿粘结强度为5.1 MPa，且界面的破坏形式为混凝土内聚破坏，显示出良好的湿面粘结性能。

Preparation of epoxy resin mortar applicable to moist interface repair

Abstract：A kind of epoxy resin repair mortar which can be used to repair wet interface was prepared by mixing E51 and active diluent with new curing agent，epoxy accelerant and filler. Meanwhile，based on the on-site construction requirements，the amount of accelerant was preliminarily explored，and the epoxy resin mortar with 10% accelerant was selected. Among them，the compressive strength and flexural strength of repair mortar were 73.9 MPa and 21.64 MPa in 1d，the dry bonding strength and wet bonding strength is 7.5 MPa and 5.1 MPa in 7d，and the form of interface failure was cohesive failure of concrete，which shows good wet adhesion performance.
