用脱硫石膏配制嵌缝石膏的研究

摘要：研究了用脱硫石膏完全替代天然石膏制备嵌缝石膏，并解决嵌缝石膏薄批掉粉、表面强度低等质量通病。试验结果表明，当保水剂掺量为0.3%、可再分散乳胶粉掺量为1.2%、白水泥掺量为4%时，嵌缝石膏的抗压强度为18.0 MPa，抗拉强度为0.70 MPa、无裂缝、应用性能良好，综合性价比高。

Research on the preparation of caulking gypsum with desulfurization gypsum

Abstract：This paper studied the preparation of caulking gypsum with 100% desulfurization gypsum instead of natural gypsum，and solved the common quality problems of caulking gypsum such as peeling off with thin layer and lower surface strength. When the content of water retaining agent，redispersible latex powder，and white cement is 0.3%，1.2% and 4% respectively，the compressive strength of the caulking gypsum is 18.0 MPa，the tensile strength is 0.70 MPa，the product has features of no cracks, excellent application performance and comprehensive cost-effective.
