轻质墙板灌浆料的制备及应用研究

    摘要:通过控制变量法引入硅灰、粉煤灰、矿粉分析其对轻质墙板灌浆料强度和流动性的影响,经正交试验得出最优配比。矿物掺合料对灌浆料初始流动度的影响大小为:硅灰>粉煤灰>矿粉,对30 min流动度的影响大小为:硅灰=矿粉>粉煤灰;当矿物掺合料组合方式为15%粉煤灰+10%矿粉+5%硅灰时,灌浆料的强度及流动性达到最大。所研制轻质墙板灌浆料的性能优于市售某品牌墙板专用灌浆料。

Study on the preparation and application of grouting material for light wallboard

    Abstract:The influence of different amount of silica fume,fly ash and mineral powder on the strength and fluidity of grouting materials of light wallboard is analyzed by control variable method,and then the optimal proportion is obtained by orthogonal test. The results show that the effect of mineral admixtures on the initial fluidity of grouting materials is silica fume>fly ash>mineral powder,and the effect on the fluidity of 30 min is silica fume=mineral powder>fly ash,when the combination of mineral admixtures is 15% fly ash+10% mineral powder+5% silica fume,the strength and fluidity of grouting materials reach the maximum value. The developed lightweight wall panel grouting material is superior to the original special grouting material.
