浅论绿色建筑发展面临的主要挑战及系统性解决方案

摘要：分析了绿色建筑在我国实践中面临的困难和主要挑战，以及适合我国国情的绿色建筑发展道路，即必须将先进的绿色理念与国情深入结合。研究了绿色建筑与绿色规划的关系，创新了绿色建筑认证的高效方法，并提出了针对绿色建筑发展的系统性解决方案及六大核心要素，要克服绿色建筑发展面临的困难，应该始终坚持辩证的系统性解决方案，在科学的顶层设计基础上规划先行，先局域后全局、先试验后推广，我国绿色建筑将走出一条高质量发展之路。

Discussion on major challenges and a systematical solution to green building development in China

Abstract：This paper analyzes the difficulties and main challenges faced by green buildings in China's practice，and the suitable development path of green buildings suitable for China's national conditions，namely，the advanced green ideas must be combined with national conditions deeply. This paper studied the relationship between green building and green planning, innovated the high efficient green building certification method，and put forward systemic solutions and six core elements for the development of green building. To overcome the difficulties faced in the development of the green buildings，we should always adhere to the dialectical and systemic solutions，plan first on the basis of scientific top-level design. Local area first，then all areas，pilot first，then promotion. The development of green building in China will walk out a road of high quality development.
