绿色橡胶再生粗骨料混凝土的碳排放分析

    摘要:采用再生粗骨料100%替代天然粗骨料,以废弃橡胶颗粒替代不超过30%的天然细骨料制备低碳再生混凝土。基于从“摇篮”至“大门”的系统边界,对不同配合比的绿色橡胶再生粗骨料混凝土,由原材料生产至混凝土施工各阶段,进行生命周期碳排放分析。结果表明:橡胶颗粒掺量分别为0、10%、20%、30%时,橡胶再生粗骨料混凝土较普通天然粗骨料混凝土生命周期碳排放量分别减少6.79%、11.12%、15.43%、19.76%,具有降低生命周期碳排放量的潜力;橡胶颗粒掺量每增加10%,可使橡胶再生粗骨料混凝土在生产阶段碳排放量减少约22 kgCO2/m3 ;在满足结构强度等要求的情况下,建议推广绿色低碳混凝土应用,为降低碳排放,促进生态环境改善提供支持。

Carbon emission analysis of green recycled coarse aggregate concrete containing rubber particles

    Abstract:Low carbon recycled concrete is prepared by replacing 100% natural coarse aggregate with recycled coarse aggregate and replacing no more than 30% natural fine aggregate with waste rubber particles. Based on the system boundary from "cradle" to "gate",considering the multiple stages from raw material production to concrete construction,the life-cycle carbon emission analysis of green rubber recycled coarse aggregate concrete with different mix proportions is carried out. The results show that when the content of waste rubber particles is 0,10%,20% and 30%,the life cycle carbon emissions of rubber recycled coarse aggregate concrete are reduced by 6.79%,11.12%,15.43% and 19.76% compared with ordinary natural coarse aggregate concrete,which has the potential to reduce life cycle carbon emissions.Every 10% increase in the amount of rubber particles can reduce the carbon emission of rubber recycled coarse aggregate concrete by about 22 kgCO2/m3 in the production stage. Under the condition of meeting the requirements of structural strength,it is suggested to promote the application of green low-carbon concrete to provide support for reducing carbon emissions and promoting the improvement of ecological environment.
