Abstract:By studying the end deflection of connector with different spacing and different sandwich insulation layer, analyzing deformation of connector under force limit state by normally use, reasonable thickness of sandwich insulation layer with different connector spacing was given. The results showed that with the increase of the thickness of the sandwich insulation layer, the influence of the connector on the heat transfer coefficient of the insulation wallboard increases gradually, and with the increase in the spacing of connectors, the influence of the connector on the heat transfer coefficient of insulation wallboard gradually decreases. Through the seismic test, the seismic performance of sandwich wallboard connectors with 300 mm spacing and 100 mm thickness of sandwich insulation layer meeting the design standard for 80% energy efficiency of residential buildings in Beijing was studied. The results showed that the specimen had good working performance, and the insulation wallboard and outer leaf board of the specimen had good integrity. The hysteresis curves of specimens were full, and the accumulated energy dissipation increased with the loading process, which had good seismic energy dissipation capacity.
