自密实清水混凝土在预制整浇结构体系中的应用

摘要：某金融创新产业园项目采用先张法预应力预制整浇结构体系，设计采用C40清水混凝土柱和C50先张法预制梁装配施工。研究开发了稳定性良好的自密实清水混凝土，解决了预制梁先张法施工易出现塑性裂缝的技术难题，自然养护条件下强度增长满足施工进度，可确保方形原位柱的浇筑施工质量，现场施工效果良好。

Application of self-compacting plain concrete in precast casting structure system

Abstract：A project of a financial innovation industrial park adopts prestressed precast casting structure system with pretensioning method，and designs C40 plain concrete column and C50 pretensioning prefabricated beam for assembly construction. In this paper，self-compactplain concrete with good stability is developed，solves the technical problem of prefabricated beam pretensioning construction prone to plastic cracks，and the strength growth meets the construction schedule under natural curing condition.It ensures the casting quality of square in-situ column，and the field construction effect is good.
