反复拉伸荷载对装配式建筑钢筋灌浆套筒连接性能的影响

    摘要:对带缺陷的装配式建筑钢筋灌浆套筒在反复拉伸荷载作用下的性能进行研究,以缺陷位置、缺陷大小、缺陷分布形式和钢筋偏心为变量,分析了缺陷对灌浆套筒拉伸荷载下的破坏形态、滑移量、承载力的影响。结果表明:不同类型的缺陷灌浆套筒在高应力反复拉伸下均发生钢筋拉断的破坏模式,套筒灌浆滑移量随着高应力反复拉伸循环次数增加而显著增大;相同高应力反复拉伸循环次数下,不同缺陷对试件滑移量、残余变形和残余应变影响程度分别为:偏心锚固缺陷>均布缺陷>中部缺陷>水平缺陷>端部缺陷。

Influence of repeated tension on the joint performance of reinforced grouting sleeve in prefabricated buildings

    Abstract:The performance of the prefabricated reinforced grouting sleeve with defects under repeated tensile load is studied. The influence of defects on the failure mode,slip amount and bearing capacity of the grouting sleeve under tensile load is analyzed by taking the location,size,distribution form of defects and eccentricity of reinforcement as variables. The test results show that the failure mode of reinforcement fracture occurs in the five kinds of defective grouting sleeves under high stress and repeated tensile load. The slip amount of sleeve grouting increases significantly with the increase of the number of high stress tensile cycles. Under the same number of high stress repeated tensile cycles,the influence degree of different defects on the slip amount,residual deformation and residual strain of the specimen is in the order of eccentric anchorage defects>uniform defects>middle defects>horizontal defects>end defects.
